(300 ml) Eagle Brand condensed milk (sweetened)

cup orange juice

tsp cinnamon
½
tsp nutmeg

apples and 3 pears, peeled, cored, sliced.
½
cup frozen cranberries (thawed)
1
cup all-purpose flour
½
cup rolled oats
½
brown sugar
½
butter or margarine
vanilla
ice-cream (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat
oven to 375 degrees.
Whisk
together eagle brand, orange juice and spices.
Add
apples, pears and cranberries; toss until fruit is
well-coated.
Spoon
mixture into a lightly buttered 8-cup baking dish.
Set aside.
Combine flour, oats and sugar.
Cut
in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle on top
of apple mixture.
Bake
for 30-35 minutes.
Serve
with ice-cream.

THE SECRET:
If you
serve this directly from the oven, it will be too watery, and the
fruits will not taste like they're cooked enough to blend together.
Best to wait about an hour before serving it.
